Dr. Emmite is a BOARD CERTIFIED PSYCHIATRIST. She has been practicing in the Houston area for over twenty years. Dr. Emmite is able to diagnose and treat all common psychiatric disorders. She sees patients from ages 16 years and up. She gives medications and does psychotherapy. Her special areas of interest are treatment of depression and anxiety, post partum depression and pregnancy/fertility issues, and substance abuse/addiction.
